TrafficBizNet®

TrafficBizNet® is a complete system for planning, management and communication of orders between the office and vehicles. The vehicles are equipped with a purpose-built computer and touch screen. The concept provides the operator with a very easy to use tool for both drivers and administrative staff. The mobile computer includes a task list, moving map with GPS function, service description, overview of the location of the assigned tasks, messaging functions, easy install and possibility to switch between vehicles (depending on selected hardware option) etc. In the office the system provides an overview of the status and location of the vehicles, but also the location of assigned tasks along with tools for statistical data, monitoring and analysis. The system includes an advanced planning module and is also able to connect to most commonly used business systems like SPCS, Axapta etc. The TrafficBizNet suite includes the following elements:

TNmobile

TNmobile consists of a custom- or purpose built computer with built-in GPS receiver and GPRS/3G, a touch screen and the TNmobile software and services.

Clear and user-friendly interface.
Moving map with GPS position and route guidance.
Displays position of assigned tasks, which provides the operator with a greater overview and the ability to optimize and plan the assigned tasks.
Sorting and selection of tasks and other funtions to guide and help the operator in selecting and prioritizing tasks.

TNoffice

TNoffice is a tool for the office staff to manage, monitor and plan tasks and missions. It provides an overview of the position and status of the units. The program is designed to provide information about several units and to facilitate the the handling of recurring tasks in a simple manner. It also has a powerful reporting tool to show, for example, CO2 emissions and possible CO2 compensation. TNoffice is used to interact with TNmobile and TrafficTracker.

Map with position and status for all units, with option to follow selected units.

TNtracking

TNtracking provides trace and tracking of selected units for analysis and verification of the units position at a given time.

Show position at a specified time.
Show the route covered for a specified time frame.
Statistical data like average speed, driving time etc.

TrafficBizNet® är ett komplett system för planering, kommunikation och administration av uppdrag mellan kontoret och fordon. Fordonen är utrustade med en specialanpassad dator och tydlig pekskärm. Konceptet har som målsättning att det ska vara mycket lättanvänt och tydligt för förare och administrativ personal. I fordonet får man bl a en uppdragslista, karta med GPS funktion, färdbeskrivning, översikt av var uppdragen finns, meddelandefunktion, koppling till diverse andra system i fordonet m.m. På kontoret har man överblick över var fordonen befinner sig och vad de har för status, men även var uppdragen finns och verktyg för uppföljning och analys. Systemet har även ett avancerat planeringsverktyg och färdiga kopplingar till många bokföringssystem som SPCS, Axapta etc. I TrafficBizNet ingår följande delar

TNoffice

TNoffice är verktyget för kontorspersonal att hantera uppdrag, översikt av position och status för enheter. Programmet är utformat för att ge en lättöverskådlig överblick över många enheter och hantera återkommande moment på ett enkelt sätt. Det är även ett kraftfullt rapportverktyg för t ex CO2 belastning. Används tillsammans med TNmobile och TrafficTracker.

Karta med position över samtliga enheter, möjlighet att följa enskilda enheter.
Statusfärg för fordon samt information om pågående uppdrag.
Skicka meddelande till fordon.
Rapporter för statistik och uppföljning.

TNtracking

TNtracking ger möjlighet till spårning av enskilda enheter för analys och verifiering av position vid ett specifikt tillfälle.

Visa position vid en specifik tidpunkt.
Rita en slinga över var enheten varit under en tidsperiod.
Statistik som medelhastighet, körtid etc.
